I've been busy the last couple of weeks preparing a new Images of Victoria postcard series, the first of which are on sale now, woohoo!

The 4800 0088 error continues. I've since spoken to the tech at Electronflow and Epson are on the case trying to work out the glitch, which appears to be a tricky one to track down in this case.

In the mean time am still using the printer (you can bypass the code by turning the printer off and on) to produce my ready to frame prints as well as proofs for the postcards.

Holding up the commercially printed cards beside the 4800 proofs you appreciate the value of a color managed workflow - of your screen matching the 4800 output matching the press output... it's a beautiful thing.
