How do I order images?
To order an image you must first create a library account. Images can then be ordered via your lightbox. I will get back to you within one working day with a quote. You will receive an invoice when the quote has been accepted. High resolution files (on CD) are shipped when payment is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by direct deposit into my account, by Paypal or by cheque. In all cases details will be supplied as needed.
What conditions apply to the use of library images?
- Location credit
Images of some locations require explicit credits e.g. images of the Capital Theatre require the credit: 'The Capital - Bendigo's Peforming Arts Centre proudly owned and operated by the City of Greater Bendigo'
- Approval by property owner/caretaker
In some cases the property owner will need to approve the use of related images. e.g. You will not be able to use images of the Joss House unless it is approved by the Joss House caretakers.
- Photographer credit
Depending on usage standard photo credits may be required e.g.

- Usage Limitations
Images cannot be used in any product that competes against my own, current or planned. e.g. If I sell or intend to sell cards in region A, you will not be able to use library images on cards to be sold in region A.
- Copyright/Ownership
In all cases, copyright/ownership of images remains the property of Pete Walsh. Exclusive licenses are available.
Can I order prints of library images?
Yes. Prints can be ordered of all library images. Ready to frame prints are hung on acid free white mat, finished to regular frame sizes. Prints are shipped once payment is received. Email Pete with your order. Pricing as follows:

What are the specifications of high resolution files?
L ibrary images are taken with either a Canon EOS 10D or Canon EOS 1DMKII using lenses ranging from 15mm-400mm. All images are shot as Raw files and processed using Capture One or Adobe Camera Raw. High resolution files are supplied as 8bit AdobeRGB TIFF files. File dimensions are approx:
- Canon EOS 10D - 2048x3072px
- Canon EOS 1DMKII - 2332x3504px
